Totalpost Exhibit at The 2015 Procurement for Health Show in Birmingham

Totalpost Services Plc attended The 2015 Procurement Event for Health in Birmingham on the 9th of July 2015. Along with over 1100 of the UK’s Healthcare procurement community, were estimated to have attended the event. As an approved member of the NHS Shared Business Services framework and Crown Commercial Services (CCS). Totalpost is well placed to provide equipment and services to the public sector, and health services.

The Procurement for Health (P4H) event took place in Birmingham and is supported by a range of leading organisations, including the Department of Health and Crown Commercial Services. This exhibition aims to provide a unique engagement platform for both industry, and all personnel engaged with the delivery of NHS procurement, to connect and share best practice, aligned to the delivery of today’s health procurement marketplace challenges, and opportunities.

The P4H event also included speakers from leading NHS Trusts and Industry thought leaders, who provided a number of expert and insightful opinions on how health procurement challenges can be faced and overcome.

Totalpost Services Plc were focused on exhibiting its “Lifecycle of a Document” system at the Procurement for Health event. This incorporates many services into one system, allowing Totalposts customers to make additional savings. It incorporates all processes of a document, in addition to print and mail. Totalpost also provide a variety of mailroom services, including some incoming mail handling such as returned mail processing, and document archiving.

Mark Wright, Regional Sales Manager at Totalpost Services Plc who attended the event said: “Totalpost had a successful day at the Procurement for Health show (P4H). We were able to speak to a number of procurement teams, and passing clients about Totalpost’s different mailroom equipment and solutions, which will be able to help the health services streamline, and cut their costs. Overall attending the P4H event meant, we were able to secure new leads and contacts for the company”.
